Throughout the past 30 years, Therese Grayson has been the primary consultant to many organizations around the world. She has worked with leaders focusing on global economies, risk management and excellence in products/service. Her focus on corporate data security insures the ongoing development, deployment and protection of your company's intellectual capital. Previous Fortune 100 executive experience and consulting with management at all levels has made her business experience and perspective invaluable to leaders and their organizations.
Ms. Grayson's extensive background in international business, customer service, technology, organizational development and security brings a comprehensive view to many issues that companies are facing in today's economy. While she works in various industries, she specializes in the Utility Industry. In addition to leading ProMeridian International, she works closely with select clients and their teams to provide a framework for successfully implementing large projects that impact all areas of their business.

Her undergraduate degrees are in Economics, Computer Science and Business. She is a graduate of Harvard’s Executive Management Program, the FBI CA and Gunsite Academy. She is a certified "Master Coach" and a graduate of Coach University. She speaks on Customer Service at industry conferences, universities and businesses throughout the United States. Therese has been recognized for many business and community accomplishments including 30 years of active volunteerism.
